Return of Goods

In the unlikely event that you should want to return any goods to us we are pleased to offer all customers the right to return orders to us within 7 days. Please note the 7 day period starts from the day you receive the goods.

Please do not return any goods to Little Blue Boat until and unless requested to do so, otherwise you may incur additional costs unnecessarily.

To organise the return of goods, please contact us in writing by letter or email at info@littleblueboat.co.uk within seven days of receipt of the goods. All emails will be acknowledged within 48 hrs of receipt. For letters this will take slightly longer.

If you are returning the goods because of damage in transit, please supply evidence of the damage by forwarding photographs of the damage to us with your request to return the goods. We also ask that you retain the original packaging in the condition in which it was delivered to assist your damage claim.

We will then organise collection of the goods and replacements where required.

When the goods have been returned and checked by us and have been found to be in original condition a refund will be made through the original payment method where appropriate within 28 days.

Where a refund is required Little Blue Boat will refund the full value of the goods returned and the original postage cost. However, the customer is responsible for any carriage costs incurred sending the item back to us.

When returning goods please make sure they are packed securely and safely, using the original packaging wherever possible and labelled correctly so they are not lost or damaged in transit. The goods remain the customer's responsibility until we receive them.
